1980-2000
The family embarked on their inaugural project with the development of a Railway Shed at Moula-Ali, Hyderabad, along with several associated works. This endeavour was undertaken by the firm “Standard Constructions” in 1980.
Following this initial venture, the family undertook numerous projects. They executed several irrigation projects in the Parbhani and Nanded districts of Maharashtra. Additionally, they worked on the Telugu Ganga canal packages in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, and undertook railway projects in the Madurai and Salem districts for Southern Railways.
2001-2003
Venturing into the real estate sector, we marked our entry with the successful completion of our first residential project, Sarada Residency, in the upscale neighbourhood of Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Subsequently, we undertook a commercial venture in Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad
2004-2008
During this period, we successfully completed our second commercial project, Mirra Trade Centre in Punjagutta, Hyderabad. Subsequently, we embarked on a large-scale residential endeavour, the “Sreenivasa Village” Residential Project, boasting a total built-up area of 4,00,000 square feet, situated in Yousufguda, Hyderabad.
2006-2013
During this period, the promoters adeptly led the execution of several large-scale infrastructure projects spanning diverse sectors such as Railways, Industrial, and Water works. Among the most significant were dam and canal ventures in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Within the Railway sector, the firm undertook ambitious turnkey port connectivity and track doubling projects, covering an impressive expanse of approximately 300 KM. In the realm of Industrial infrastructure, the company successfully executed landmark projects in collaboration with esteemed clients like NBCC, NTPC and SAIL. These pivotal undertakings have a pan-India footprint, with notable presence even in the northeast.
2015-2020
The promoters strategically pivoted their focus towards the real estate and logistics sectors, marking their entrance into the Bengaluru real estate market. This timeframe also witnessed our expansion into the warehouse domain, with the establishment of over 4.5 million cubic feet of dedicated warehouse space. “ENCORE In the Shire,” our inaugural residential venture in Bengaluru, was conceived and launched during this period.
2020-Present
We achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of ENCORE ONE, a state-of-the-art commercial building situated near Jubilee Hills, now serving as the corporate headquarters for the Encore Group. Concurrently, we ventured into the development of ENCORE APEX, a 35,000-square-foot commercial space on Road No 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. We’re also in the process of constructing 2.1 million cubic feet of logistics warehouse space, and have several exciting projects lined up for the near future.
